Which Sleep Salon head-spa programme should you choose? Sense of Refresh, Sense of Calm and Sense of Ultimate compared
By Dr. A · 24 Oct 2026
Choose by the time you have. Sense of Refresh (45 minutes) suits a short reset, Sense of Calm (60 minutes) sits in the middle and is where many guests start, and Sense of Ultimate (90 minutes) is for a day when you want to switch off completely. Every programme already includes the Dyson blow-dry in its time.
If you are standing in front of the menu unsure which programme to book, this page compares our 3 Sleep Salon programmes as quickly as possible. Written by Dr. A, the owner and programme designer at Sadai Haus. For each programme's price, see the Sleep Salon service page.

The three programmes, by time
Programme time includes about 15–20 minutes of Dyson Supersonic™ blow-dry styling, on top of the wash and treatment. So the time you have and the time to set aside are the same number.
- Sense of Refresh: 45 minutes, 7 steps. Wake the senses — refresh scalp and hair in a short escape.
- Sense of Calm: 60 minutes, 8 steps. Release tension with deep scalp care.
- Sense of Ultimate: 90 minutes, 11 steps. The ultimate relaxation — complete scalp and hair restoration.
Where the programmes differ
Every programme shares a base: calming music and aroma, a double wash, a treatment, the Water Halo Spa and a Dyson blow-dry to finish. What differs is what is added on top, and how long you get to lie back.
- Sense of Refresh: For days when you need to recharge quickly — a complete scalp massage and care ritual.
- Sense of Calm: A relaxation programme with Deep Scalp Detox — a deep scalp cleanse using professional Milk Shake products from Italy.
- Sense of Ultimate: The most complete restoration — from a warm eye mask and organic rosemary oil to Deep Scalp Detox, Nano Mist and Water Halo Spa, using professional Milk Shake products from Italy.
Choosing by what you want
If you want a short reset for your scalp and hair before you carry on with your day, choose Sense of Refresh: about 30 minutes of head-spa steps, then the blow-dry.
If you want deeper relaxation without booking the longest slot, choose Sense of Calm.
If you want to put the phone away and properly rest, choose Sense of Ultimate: about 75 minutes of head-spa steps. Many guests drift off during it, and that is completely normal.
First visit or regular
If it is your first visit and you are unsure, Sense of Calm is where many guests start. You try the full experience of massage, cleansing and blow-dry without booking the longest slot.
If you come regularly, try alternating: Sense of Refresh when time is tight, Sense of Ultimate when you want to rest fully. Once you know what your scalp and your calendar like, choosing gets easy.
